For larger companies where users have different roles from Administrator to Contractor to Requester.
You ONLY pay for users who have a Admin Level Access, all other users are FREE
Admin level users have access to the dedicated Claris FileMaker application which gives enhanced functionality and usability.
FREE Sandbox account allows you to explore, practice and train new users without harming your main user account.

How much training is required to use FacilityManager?

FacilityManager is one of the easiest CMMS products to learn.

Typically an Admin level user will be very proficient with as little as 30 hours of training. Others, such as Coordinators and contractors much less.

Can I qualify for Education Pricing?

To qualify you must be an accredited primary or secondary school, public or private university or college, school district, or board of education.
