    With the ability to assign up to 400 individual built-in and almost 100 user customisable checks, no matter what type of asset is being maintained you will know the work is being done correctly by your engineers or contractors.


    Built-in automation ensures you PPM will be carried out to schedule with detailed instructions, alerts and more being sent to contractors with a single click.

    You can easily and rapidly set your maintenance schedule and tasks individually per asset or asset category. Never again will maintenance reports be void of the information you need to effectively manage your assets.


    When each maintenance cycle is completed, the data collected adds to the overall lifespan history of each individual asset. As the data increases over time, your maintenance time decreases due to the level of information instantly available to engineers.


    All relevant information is stored with each asset including work reports, health & safety requirements, maintenance manuals, commissioning certs and insurance documentation.

    Comprehensive Lifespan Reporting

    No other CMMS software tracks maintenance as well as FacilityManager®. Never be caught unawares by a plant failure due to lack of information.


    Detailed tracking will increase the lifespan of assets, reduce the number of costly breakdowns and greatly improves communication / trust between plant owner and contractors.


    All entries are tracked through background audit log preventing data loss or unauthorised data editing.

    Emergency Lighting

    Ensure your Emergency Lighting assets are compliant to 

    I.S. 3217 : 2013 + A1: 2017  standards.
    Track your 4 annual periodic service visits so that by the end of the annual period all devices have been tested and adequate records have been maintained to guarantee that 100% of the devices have been suitably tested. On completion of the testing a service report and Annual Certificate of Servicing can issued by a suitable qualified inspector.
