With Smart Scanning, you can scan the QR code (or barcode) with your mobile phone / pad on a label attached to plant assets and get various options with a single click -

1. Find all details about the asset
2. Show the current maintenance schedule and view checks & reports
3. Create a new Help Desk (Work Order) request.
4. If the asset had previously been repaired, you can see the previous service report.
5. View the assets lifespan history including all prior maintenance and remedial works
6. Open the Health & Safety sheet for the asset
7. Validate the credentials of an on-site contractor from their visitor badge.
